The entire house was renovated in the first half of 2019 and the individual apartments individually and with a lot of creativity and passion for you, so that you will hopefully feel comfortable.

 Our apartment house at Schulbrunnengasse 7 is located on a quiet side street in the heart of the historic old town.

 

We offer à la carte breakfast, lunch and early dinner in Besigheim’s old town.


From your apartment, you can reach Kirchstraße in just a few minutes on foot, with its restaurants and cafés, as well as Hauptstraße with its range of shopping options and our city’s cultural attractions: the Stadtkirche, Rathaus, Waldhornturm and much more.


 EDEKA Center, as well as the Lidl and Aldi discount supermarkets, can easily be reached on foot or by car.


 Ludwigsburg and Heilbronn, the surrounding vineyards, and the Neckar and Enz rivers are ideal for local recreation.

You can park in front of the house for loading and unloading.

Free Parking in the old town in designated areas with a parking disc, either 0.5 hours or 1 hour, depending on the street.  Further paid parking spaces are available inside and outside the old town.(Tickets at the car park ticket machine or via PARKSTER-APP)
